Go to the Check Balance page and enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Your available balance will be displayed immediately.
Your gift card can be used anywhere Visa or Mastercard debit cards are accepted in the United States, including retail stores, restaurants, and online merchants.
The 16-digit card number and expiration date are printed on the front of your card. The CVV is the 3-digit security code located on the back of your card, near the signature strip.
The funds on your card do not expire. However, the physical card has an expiration date printed on the front. If your card expires with a remaining balance, contact our support team to receive a replacement card.
Yes. When shopping online, enter your card details just like you would a regular debit card. Make sure the purchase amount does not exceed your available balance, as most online merchants do not allow split payments.
A card may be declined if the purchase amount exceeds your available balance, if the card has not been activated, or if the merchant does not accept your card type. Check your balance first and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
No. Gift cards cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATMs or to get cash back at point-of-sale terminals. They are intended for purchases only.
No. Gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is used, the card cannot be refunded or topped up. You can purchase a new card at any participating retailer.
Call our support line at 727-833-4219 immediately. We may be able to freeze the card and issue a replacement with the remaining balance. Keep your receipt and card number in a safe place for situations like this.
There are no fees after purchase. The full value loaded onto the card is available for you to spend. No activation fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees apply.
